I am trying to find out how many people can Microsoft internet information Server support simultaneously on a given amount of RAM, Hard drive space, etc. If someone could please help me, that would be great!

As with all cases the reality is dependant and limited by your hardware and your applications and what the application/users are doing. So get stress testing your application/hardware.
