I'm a teenage girl (16) help...?

ok so i have body issues and ever since i was on depo shot (still am) i've gained a lot of weight, like...15 pounds.. I now weigh 120 and I want to be back down to about 105 and have a flat stomach, smaller hips, bigger boobs, and not as huge upper legs (thighs). I'm now on a semi-diet. I work at a Fazolis resturant (PASTA!) and every day I work I get spagetti and icee. SOO i'm going to start getting salad instead, and also maybe get water instead... but do you have any other ideas??I'm a teenage girl (16) help...?
first of all, you're not going to lose weight and grow boobs at the same time.



If your breasts have grown because of your weight gain, they're probably going to shrink a bit as you lose your weight.



also, I suggest not eating at Fazolis at all if you can help it.

most employers allow their workers to go off-campus to eat.

is there a subway nearby?

maybe you could bring your food, like a Lean Cuisine and heat it up at the restaurant.

When at home, eat more fruit. Besides a salad, sometimes you can get a vegetable stromboli-- no meat but lots of vegetables like spinach, mushrooms, broccoli, peppers and tomatoes.
