Eating out somewhat healthy???

I work in a small office and there is no privacy for eating my lunch at the office. I hate eating in my car so I dont even bother packing my lunch. I prefer to get out of the office during my hr lunch break. I try to eat as healthy as I can given the slim choices I have. What are some things I can eat at fast food restaurants that wont completely ruin my diet? Theres a chick fila, fazolis, and all the normal fastfood places.Eating out somewhat healthy???
Get salads with grilled chicken and only use 1/2 the dressing packet, skip the croutons or nuts.



Order a grilled chicken sandwich minus the mayo



try a fruit and yogurt parfait with a side salad



or look to the kids menu...smaller portions and most chains offer healthier options for sides than fries.

Choose a salad and skip the dressing. Add lean chicken or turkey or tuna fish. Skip the bread.Eating out somewhat healthy???
wendy's has a grilled chicken sandwich with honey mustard that is really good ...I get that with a side salad with light ranch dressing (I don't use the whole thing) ...not a bad lunch for a fast food place. Just make sure you stay away from salads with lots of "hidden" calories (cheese, bacon, dressing) and anything fried.
