There is this beautiful house I drive by everyday, however it is abandoned. I would like to get information on the house but there are no realtor signs or any contact information around the house. It has been abandoned for at least 7 years, I live right down the street. Where I live (Saskatchewan) this info is available online, anyone can look up the public record of who owns what property. They will also give you the owner's address.
