What information does a job application usually require?

I'm 16 and im going job hunting tomorrow but i want to know what kind of information i should bring with me just in case they ask questions i wouldnt normally know the answer too like do they ask for social security numbers and stuff like that? What information does a job application usually require? You have to have a work permit since you are under 18 years. If you did not get one from your school counselor, call the school and see how you would go about getting one.

Proof of citizenship or approval to work in the US. Proof of age, resident, name and address of reference, doctor's name and address, parents name and address, their employer data, etc. What information does a job application usually require? The standard job application will usually ask for your name, address, contact numbers, social security (they may wait until you are offered the job and then they will have you complete a form called an I-9), drivers license number, educational information (address and phone number of your high school may be needed) and employment for the past 10 years including addresses, and phone numbers.
