My company gave false information to my social worker about child support, what do I do for false information?

I am only working part time and my company told the social worker I am full time raising my child support up. I have the proof stating that I signed on as part time and I have all my old schedules and pay stubs. What can I sue them for, for giving false information? My company gave false information to my social worker about child support, what do I do for false information? What state are you in?I would contact the circuit court and take my information in there.I would also contact the social worker and provide it.The state of fla doesnt care if you are part time or full time.Unless you are like dr.

They require most people even if you do not have a job to pay 350 to 400 a month per each child. If this is not paid you are reported and drivers lic taken away. Then arrested etc.

They are sticklers about it.

i know a short order cook about 10 bucks a hour pays 800 for two kids a month in fla.My company gave false information to my social worker about child support, what do I do for false information?Anyone can sue anyone for anything. Winning is another matter. Also, don't sue or threaten to if yu want to keep the job.

Obtain a certified copy of your tax return and/or W-2 from IRS and present to social worker.
