I'm not 18 and I'm getting a green dot card. They are going to speak with a guardian on the phone. What information are they going to ask for?What information does Green Dot ask your guardian for on the phone if you are not 18 and getting a card?They will inquire that what purpose you would use it and whether you are getting with your guardians consent or not... only that much..
